It does not restore the metal’s chemical structure, but strengthens rust from within, forming a flexible, waterproof base layer with excellent adhesion for subsequent coatings. Compatible with oil-based and synthetic coatings; dries in 12–48 h; surface is ready for the next coat. Ideal for both light and intensive rust treatment, including complex and hard-to-reach areas.

Brantho-Korrux “3 in 1” | Industrial coating, 750 ml, RAL 9005 (jet black) x2 A single-component system that functions as a primer, intermediate coat and topcoat. Its high solids content provides a thicker, flexible layer that protects against UV, salt water, moisture and chemical exposure. Comfort-dose aerosol technology, excellent coverage, temperature resistance up to +175°C. Provides long-lasting mechanical durability and protects metal against cracking and peeling, even in aggressive outdoor conditions.

Instructions for use Surface preparation: remove loose rust, dirt, grease and oil, leaving a rough surface for optimal mechanical adhesion. Degrease with a solvent and allow to dry completely; remove old paint residues if necessary.

Step 1 — Owatrol Oil: apply evenly from a distance of 20–30 cm, using light, overlapping passes; apply a second coat to particularly porous rust. Drying time: 12–48 h; the surface should be tacky before applying the next coat.

Step 2 — Brantho-Korrux “3 in 1”: make sure the Owatrol Oil has dried completely. Apply 2–3 thin coats or 1–2 coats in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations; allow each coat to dry before applying the next.

Important: Owatrol Oil and Brantho-Korrux 3in1 are fully compatible materials in this combination, but due to their flexible properties, it is not recommended to apply filler over this coating.

Once fully dry, Owatrol Oil and Brantho‑Korrux 3in1 provide a stable surface with good adhesion, onto which most commercially available paints can be safely applied. If necessary, Brantho‑Korrux 3in1 can be applied in multiple coats without first abrading the surface.

Long-term protection Owatrol Oil stabilizes rust and resists moisture, while Brantho-Korrux “3 in 1” protects against UV, salt water and mechanical stress. Ideal for vehicle chassis, industrial equipment and outdoor metal structures. Provides a flexible, crack-resistant and durable coating with long-lasting protection, even in harsh weather conditions.

Additional benefit: reduces the need for regular repeat rust treatment, saving time and resources.

Certification and testing Brantho-Korrux 3in1 and Owatrol Oil have been thoroughly tested and certified in accordance with international standards and industry requirements.

Safety, storage and maintenance Use gloves, safety goggles and ensure good ventilation; keep away from open flames and heat. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Inspect the coating after each season or following mechanical impact; clean damaged areas and apply another coat.

Kit contents 1 x Owatrol Oil, 1 L 1 x Brantho-Korrux “3 in 1”, 750 ml, RAL 9005 (jet black) x2

Official product websites: Brantho-Korrux „3 in 1“ and OWATROL OIL

https://monkeyshop.lv/en-lv/products/korozijas-apstrades-komplekts-xl-owatrol-oil-1l-brantho-korrux-3-in-1-750ml-x2-melns
