Owatrol Oil | Colourless all-purpose rust stabiliser, 1 L A deeply penetrating rust stabiliser that displaces moisture and air from metal pores, stopping oxidation. It does not restore the metal’s chemical structure, but strengthens rust from within, forming a flexible, waterproof base layer with excellent adhesion for subsequent coatings. Compatible with oil-based and synthetic coatings; dries in 12–48 hours; surface ready for the next layer. Ideal for both light and intensive rust treatment, including hard-to-reach and complex areas.

Brantho-Korrux “3 in 1” | Industrial coating, 750 ml, RAL 7016 (anthracite grey) x2 A single-component system that serves as a primer, intermediate coat and topcoat. Its high solids content provides a thicker, flexible layer that protects against UV, salt water, moisture and chemical exposure. Comfort-dose aerosol technology, excellent coverage, temperature resistance up to +175°C. Provides long-lasting mechanical durability and protects metal from cracking and peeling, even in harsh outdoor conditions.

Instructions for use Surface preparation: remove loose rust, dirt, grease and oil, leaving a rough surface for optimal mechanical adhesion. Degrease with solvent and allow to dry completely; remove old paint residue if necessary.

Step 1 — Owatrol Oil: apply evenly from a distance of 20–30 cm, using light overlapping passes; apply a second coat to particularly porous rust. Drying time: 12–48 hours; the surface should be tacky before applying the next layer.

Step 2 — Brantho-Korrux “3 in 1”: make sure the Owatrol Oil has dried completely. Apply 2–3 thin coats or 1–2 coats in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations; allow each coat to dry before applying the next.

Important: Owatrol Oil and Brantho-Korrux 3in1 are fully compatible materials in this combination, but due to their flexible properties, applying filler over this coating is not recommended.

Once fully dry, Owatrol Oil and Brantho‑Korrux 3in1 provide a stable surface ready for further coating, onto which most commercially available paints can be safely applied. If necessary, Brantho‑Korrux 3in1 can be applied in several coats without first abrading the surface.

Certification and testing Brantho-Korrux 3in1 and Owatrol Oil have been thoroughly tested and certified in accordance with international standards and industry requirements.

Safety, storage and maintenance Wear gloves and safety goggles, and ensure good ventilation; avoid open flames and heat. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Inspect the coating after each season or exposure to mechanical stress; clean damaged areas and apply another coat.
